We drove down from Indy to purchase a car we saw online. The entire process of buying the vehicle was great. They honored the price on the website and everything explained to me via email was true to their word. Jon was our salesman and even being new he was very respectful and never pressured us for a decision. We left that night with a price better than we had hoped for, I would definitely return to them.

It had been several years since I had last purchased a car from a dealership, and that had not gone over well. I ended up hating that car, and was very resentful about it. This time was different: the sales consultant was happy to let me (and my fiancee) test drive a new SUV, walked me through the financing process, and was very kind to us. (Of course, I had researched the vehicle before going in, so we had a wonderful conversation about that model.). I highly recommend this dealer, even if you aren't getting a Volkswagen.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. The customer waiting area was only 61 degrees (it was extremely cold outside). Not a comfortable wait. Also, my vehicle was finished and sitting in the parking lot for some time. I finally went to the counter to ask about it and the service writer was so overloaded that he could not take care of his customers. I waited approximately 25 minutes from the time my vehicle was finished before I could cash out. The work itself was excellent.

I inquired about a used vehicle along with noting that I would be trading in my vehicle as well. Joseph Volkswagon reached out to me the next morning and said “we are having an end of the year vip sales event. We are paying way above market price for your trade in because we need it in our inventory.” I loaded up all my kids and headed that way. The salesman was really nice and I felt like he did what he could however I could tell that his hands were tied by management. I was offered 3k below the market value on my vehicle. I have gathered multiple resources stating what the value of my vehicle was. They wouldn’t budge on the price..also their vehicles were over priced and weren’t willing to negotiate down to “market value” on Kelly blue book. Also, their website advertises lifetime limited Warranty. That is only for new / non certified used cars…So long story short, they low balled me on a trade in 3k below market value on my vehicle and are trying to sell me a car 1-3k above market price for their vehicle. Please watch out and do your research 👍 I do wish this would have been a better experience.

Loved the attention of the sales associate (Adam) as well as everyone’s courtesy at the dealership. One of the sales people even covered for Adam while he was on a day off to answer my questions. They were patient with me when negotiating the price as we came to a mutually acceptable price. I really hope the after sales service is just as positive and pleasant.
